On July 1st, the first phase of Linuo Solar 3GW high-efficiency module plant located in Linuo Hi-tech Park, Jinan, Shandong, was put into production and Linuo Zero Carbon Digital Park was launched. More than 300 people from industry associations, Licheng District government, Huawei, Shandong Finance, dealer partners, and media representatives participated in this event.

Brief Introduction of New Production Line

The overall planned capacity of Linuo Solar's high-efficiency module plant is 3GW. The first phase has an annual production capacity of 1GW and a total investment of 120 million RMB and covers an area of 13,000 square meters. It can achieve an annual output value of 1 billion RMB, an average annual profit and tax of 40 million RMB, and solve 300 jobs.

The overall equipment level of Linuo Solar's new production line has reached the national and even world-class standards, and has three outstanding advantages:

The key single equipment uses the most advanced machines in the industry to ensure the advancement of technology. The other 14 types of equipment in the production line use Jinchen integrated packaging to ensure the consistency and stability of the equipment.

In terms of automation, we take full-line automation equipment, etc., reduces direct labor by 30% compared with industry standards.

In terms of informatization, based on SAP and MES, Linuo Solar has established a fully integrated business support platform to achieve quality traceability, equipment perception, process control, data analysis, and experience learning.

In terms of digitization, build an industrial Internet based on big data.

In terms of intelligence, the AI automated monitoring system is used, based on Huawei Cloud, to build the first batch of AI automated monitoring factories in the industry, and quality inspectors can save 80%.

In terms of flexibility, it is compatible with single and double glass, different specifications of 166/182/210, and modular design of different tooling, realizing SMED quick mold change, so as to more accurately meet various needs of customers.

    In terms of building a “zero-carbon” green factory

Linuo Solar’s 3GW high-efficiency module factory has become a model for the comprehensive utilization of new energy—the roof is equipped with photovoltaic distributed power stations, and the HVAC system adopts the form of photovoltaic + air heat pumps to realize the comprehensive utilization of photovoltaic and thermal energy and multi-energy complements, and the subsequent introduction of energy storage systems will continue to upgrade the overall level of the "zero-carbon" green factory.
